    The people here are absolutely the best. We have all our animals dealt with here (dog, cats and horses)

    Secretary is rude, and unfriendly. Lots of hidden cost, they do not give you quotes up front, or what quote they do give is inaccurate. I was expecting a bill of $350-400 with tax, which turned into $555. Charging way too much! They should have a list of prices for clients to see upfront. So you are not floored when you go to leave.

    Staff is friendly and Dr. Robertshaw is excellent with both horses and small animals. I highly respect his opinions. Janice

    Great staff! Very clean facility. I love how they care for your pets and explain everything to make sure you understand what is going on!
